GUN.EXE 이용약관
1. 게임
GUN.EXE는 온라인으로 다른 플레이어와 함께 하는 게임입니다. 스팀·App Store·Google Play에서 받은 앱으로 이용하며, 각 스토어의 약관도 함께 적용됩니다.
2. 정식판·결제
- 무료로 일부 모드를 할 수 있고, 정식판을 한 번 사면 모든 모드가 열리고 폰 앱 광고가 사라집니다.
- 결제·환불은 구매한 스토어(Steam·App Store·Google Play)의 규정과 절차를 따릅니다. 스토어에서 환불되면 정식판도 꺼집니다.
- 정식판은 산 플랫폼의 계정에 붙습니다. 다른 기기에서는 같은 계정으로 로그인하거나 "구매 복원"으로 되찾습니다.
3. 하면 안 되는 것
- 핵·자동 조준·속도 조작 등 게임 규칙을 바꾸는 프로그램, 버그를 일부러 쓰는 것
- 서버에 일부러 부하를 주거나 다른 사람의 접속을 방해하는 것
- 남을 모욕하거나 차별하는 닉네임, 다른 사람인 척하는 것
- 남의 계정·구매를 쓰거나 팔고 사는 것
이를 어기면 경고 없이 그 경기에서 내보내거나 계정·기록을 막거나 지울 수 있습니다.
4. 서비스 변경·중단
게임 내용(무기·모드·밸런스 등)은 더 나은 게임을 위해 바뀔 수 있습니다. 점검·장애로 잠시 접속이 안 될 수 있습니다. 온라인 서비스를 끝내야 할 때는 미리 이 사이트와 스토어 페이지에 알립니다.
5. 책임
게임은 있는 그대로 제공되며, 법이 허용하는 범위에서 네트워크 상태·기기 문제·이용자 사이의 일로 생긴 손해는 책임지지 않습니다. 소비자로서 법이 보장하는 권리는 이 약관으로 줄어들지 않습니다.

1. The Game
GUN.EXE is an online game played with other players, through the app from Steam, the App Store or Google Play. That store's terms also apply.
2. Full version and payments
- Some modes are free. A one-time full version purchase unlocks every mode and removes ads in the mobile app.
- Payments and refunds follow the rules of the store you bought from. If the store refunds you, the full version is turned off.
- The full version belongs to your account on that platform. On another device, sign in with the same account or use "Restore purchases".
3. Don't
- Use cheats, aimbots, speed hacks or deliberately exploit bugs
- Attack the servers or disrupt other players' connections
- Use offensive or discriminatory nicknames or impersonate others
- Use, sell or buy someone else's account or purchase
Breaking these rules may get you removed from a match or your account and records blocked or deleted without warning.
4. Changes and downtime
Game content (weapons, modes, balance) may change. The service may be briefly unavailable for maintenance or outages. If the online service has to end, we will announce it in advance on this site and the store pages.
5. Liability
The Game is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by network conditions, device problems or disputes between players. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
